MANY THANKS to the Auburn Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church Youth Department! 15 folks came and worked 2.5 hours each ( a combined total of 37.5 hours) total and helped label thousands of books for JEAN DEAN RIF this fall. Greater Auburn Kiwanian and church member George Echols and Youth Leader Kendra Allen brought Bryatt Allen, ShaiJa Allan, Jeremy Echols, Ayesha Williams, Jelissa Williams, Shon Marshall, Sham Marshall, Drea Marshall, Ashley Johnson, Felicia Johnson. Brandee Allen, Terrance Allen and Brandon Johnson to help. The Auburn Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church Youth Department Youth Department also helped get books ready for children around the state served by RIF in 2001-2002.

NATIONAL MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN WHAT JEAN DEAN RIF COULD DO FOR THE CHILDREN OF ALABAMA! THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED THE "WAREHOUSE DAY" WHERE WE PUT BOOK PLATES IN AND INVENTORIED 10,000 BOOKS IN FOUR HOURS!

SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HOOVER METRO KIWANIS CLUB who traveled 5 hours round trip from Birmingham to help in the warehouse. Hoover Metro Kiwanians John Greene, Rick Welch, Carrie Elzie, Dalle Bochun, Ron Lovik and David Bradley worked for 2 hours and labeled 2000 books. Many thanks Hoover Metro!

MANY THANKS also to the AU Alpha Chi Omega Sorority who brought 22 members to help on Make A Difference Day and also helped lable thousands of books. We had expected a light crowd that day but were surprised to finish putting bookplates in and inventorying everything we had left in the warehouse at that time. It was wonderful!
